And we're not dating, but he did say one comment about "If you want to be my girl..."

It's hard to know exactly when you can say that you are in a relationship and when you can call each other your "boyfriend" or "girlfriend" If the two of you are spending a lot of time together and you feel that you don't want to date anyone else right now and feel like you want to be in a relationship with this guy, then it is likely that he is probably feeling the same way too.

That is a normal statement for guys when they want to make you a steady GF. Or they may say you want to go steady but really that is old and well over-used. He is basically asking you if you would like to be his GF.

does his friends know cuz the same thing happened to me if hes scared of his friends then thats the reason if not then i completley dont know maybe hes not llike ready for a relationshipu know so dont wrry he'll come to u -soon

after 3 years of not speaking my true feelings.... i am now god dam straight forward and i love it =D, its just that person is very shy and afraid of being rejected.
