I'm my boyfriend's first girlfriend, and he's about to turn 21. Is there a way to NOT feel insecure when he goes to the bars? I know I shouldn't worry, because he's faithful and honest, not to mention he's very shy. But I still do, I just need some tips on how to quell my insecurities. Thanks!

He's not taking me to the bars with him becuase I'm not 21. And I do trust him, It's just I have my own insecurities from past relationships that have nothing to do with him. I would never ask him not to go, because I feel he has a right to. I just need a little encouragement, for my own self. If there is anything to be said. Thanks again.

Why is he going into bars on his own, without you. Ask him. No wonder you feel insecure and uncertain.
Ask him to take you along with him, that way you both can have fun, and you will know where you stand with him.

Focus on doing things for yourself and hang with friends when he goes out to bars

Actually...if you are worried enough to ask this question, you do NOT believe that he is faithful and honest.
Maybe you just need to trust him more...or do some more growing up yourself.

ONLY HIS ACIONS CAN HELP YOU THERE AND IF HE NEVER HAS CHEATED AND HASN'T TALKED OF BEING WITH ANYONE ELSE I WOULDN'T WORRY YOUR LITTLE HEAD OVER IT BECAUSE THAT CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS.YOUR INSECURITY CAN CAUSE HIM TO GIVE HIM SOMTHING TO WORRY ABOUT.

all you can do is trust him, or tell him not to go. but i would go with the trust.
