Cardio is the best way to lose weight. You should be doing about an hour a day.

There are lots of great ab workouts. Crunchs, holding a pushup, holding a canoe, oblique crunches. Do as many side and lower as you do upper abs (regular crunches).

Don't know what you are trying to say but.. Workout your abs more by crunches, Do it until you feel the burn.
