I have nothing to heat up food at work with...so i was wondering if I could eat uncooked spaghettios. Or if there was something really wrong with doing that? I've heard Ramen Noddles are super bad for you to eat uncooked...sooo what about O's ?

Yes you could eat unheated spaghettios because it has been cooked--it is just not warm.

The Spaghettios are cooked before they are canned as far as I know. I have done this more times than I care to count. When my children were young they ate it straight from the can. Even know my grandchildren eat it from the can every now and then. They say that they like it better than having it heated.

LOL those spaghettios are cooked already....if you dont heat them they just taste nasty....but there is nothing wrong with them. Tamen Noodles are UNCOOKED .... I dont know about being super bad, but they are raw and hard! But your ok with cold spaghettios....try taking a salad to work instead!

If you are talking about the canned food called "Spaghetti Os" then it is ALREADY cooked. If you are talking about raw pasta, the shape - whether it is twisted-up ramen noodles or little round o's - doesn't matter. it is STILL basically the SAME thing.
I don't know if it would be unhealthy to eat that, but it would certainly be unappetizing!
I would suggest sandwiches, canned tuna or vienna sausages, raw vegetables if like stuff that's all that tough to chew, bagels, cottage cheese, spam (the original, food, kind) or just about ANYTHING but uncooked hard pasta!

They are already cooked, you're just warming them up. Also, I must have eaten a metric ton of uncooked ramen as a kid and I show no ill effects from it, so I don't know who told you that was bad, but they are wrong.

Spaghettios are already cooked, and can be eaten right out of a can, like 99% of all canned food. But really...why would you want to???...yuck.

Spagettios are precooked. Heating them up is nice but cold might be o.k.
Ramen uncooked absorbs the water around it, so it would expand in your stomach, so no don't eat it uncooked.

Yes, it is fine to eat most canned foods without cooking them. I however like to eat mine hot. The spaghetti Os have already been cooked if not all the way the hot water canning process will cook them the rest of the way.

Anything packaged in a can has been heat-sealed and the heating process cooks it even if it wasn't cooked before it was put in the can (which I'm pretty sure the o's were). It is sealed and it is safe.

Sure its safe. I don't know too many kids or teenagers who haven't eaten cold Spaghettios! Enjoy!
