I was just there Sunday. I didn't get any dental work done, but I talked to a clean-cut looking, educated American guy who works in the hospital on the Arizona side and he said there are a lot of good dentist in Nogales and he gets work done there all the time. He didn't mention which one though, sorry. I'd just reccomend going into town, and looking for the cleanest, most professional looking place. There's several dental offices within only about 1/4 mile of the border!
