Weight Watchers, and curly your hair to where it have a nice shine(shampoo and conditioner), then leave hair over shoulders. It'll hide the chin.

I prefer hair that is shoulder length or longer, And since that men who like women are more often then not right, they like long hair because it looks more feminine, as most males have short hair.

long hair is nice but requires servicing and u have to grow this out for a long time

You need to go to your stylist and have a consultation ( usually free ) she will help you to pick out a cut and style. not nessarrily to hide your bad features, but to accent your good features.
