You are not fat. A kid your age can lose weight quickly if you try, because your metabolism is still great you just don't know it. Cut out some of the junk food. Eat vegetables, drink water, and get off the computer. Go ride your bike or play a sport. You'll be lean in no time.

honey, believe me, there is no way possible that you could have broken a steel desk. i promise you that desk would have broken, no matter what person had sat in it. 123 is NOT a bad weight to be at.

also, any weight you have in middle school is not permanent. anything can be changed. And you haven't gone through puberty yet anyways, so don't worry! you'll grow most of the excess weight off.

if you really find it necessary to lose some pounds, trying starting to run each day, or simply eat less. don't go so far as starvation, just burn off more calories than you take in. do a little weight training to bulk up and tone your muscles, but really, don't worry so much about your weight.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
