All the atheist trolls spend their whole day mocking religion, but if anything comes up mocking atheism, its deleted. You know its true. I dont give a rip about which ones right or not. Its just not right. Its unconstitutional.

Discuss.

Im not posing this question for either side. Its just a frank discussion that atheists can mock religion without being deleted, but the religius cant mock atheism.

SHUT UP!!!
Im not mocking Atheism or christianity or anything else. Its just a frank observance. And the people Im reffering to are obviously mocking Christianity. And its not mocking atheists to state Christian theology. It would not be mocking for an atheist to state his/her beleif that Christianity is untrue. It is mocking when they go, "Christians are retarted." or something like that. Same goes for Christians talking about atheists.

Websites cannot be biased. They are inanimate.

There are atheist and Christian trolls alike. There are also agnostic and Muslim trolls. It just comes with the territory. Get used to it.

Many religious people spend days calling atheists sinners and scum. Again, there's people like this on both sides. Get used to it.

Maybe there are more atheists on Answers reporting others than there are Christians or religious folks. Who knows? I highly doubt there's a big evil atheist sitting around hitting the gigantic, red "DELETE" button every time an anti-atheist question pops up.

As for it being un-Constitutional, I would have been with you on that about two weeks ago, but someone convinced me otherwise with an effective argument. I think reporting is akin to encouraging censorship; however, no one from Yahoo has told any Yahoo user that they cannot hold or express their opinions. They have simply stated that this is their place of business, and if they don't want certain material on their website, they have a right to remove it.

It is no different than an employee shouting hateful things about women and getting fired for it. He/she can hold or express those opinions all he/she wants; however, the business does not have to let it happen on their grounds.

I see a lot more Christians giving rude and insulting answers than atheists. Christians are the most biased group of people on this site. I haven't seen any questions mocking atheism deleted, nor have I seen any questions mocking Christianity deleted. I think it is just you. By the way, we are not all trolls.

Yahoo police will delete any question that is complained about. It just happens that Atheists on this forum complain most against Christians. I have had 6 complaints from atheists only this week.
The problem could be solved if Atheists are given their own chat forum and are barred from the religion site.

If you don't like it you are welcome to leave. As far as I know the rules of conduct here are exactly the same for everyone who participates. If a response collects a certain number of thumbs-down, the system automatically deletes that response. Incidentally, I've been here all day and I've seen no "mocking." I've seen lots of honest criticism, but no mocking. Perhaps you still imagine good atheists should keep their opinions to themselves. Those days are gone forever and American Christians have only themselves to blame.

You christians are on here mocking us, too. Telling us were going to hell and need to be saved and all the usual fictional rhetoric. So, again, as christians always do, you think what you have to say is more important and we shouldn't have the right to speak OUR minds. This site allows all of us to have our opinions and say. If you hate it, then go to an all christian site!

Try asking the atheists/agonstics and non-Christians how many times they have asked a reasonable question that, granted, shows a negative view of Christianity - and then get sent a violation notice.

I personally have had a handful of very reasonable questions deleted for no rational reason.

Welcome to the world of online speech. Every forum has a protected ideology that they coddle and don't let big mean people with other view points hurt their feelings. The atheists should speak up about this to, what fun is it believing in something if you don't have to defend it and are just constantly affirmed in yourself?

Christians report posts more regularly than atheists. I'm an atheist and I always respond to posts directly and honestly with well thought out answers. Yet, I've been reported many times.

I haven't reported anybody, except spammers.

Why even try to mock atheism? I pity them. To believe in nothing, to have faith in nothing......how sad . Do not mock them. Pray for them. If you claim to be a Christian, to mock someone is not very Christ-like. They need your prayers and love in Christ. Do you claim to be a Christian and not know this? Jesus told us to love our neighbors. When asked who our neighbors were, He said "Everyone you meet."

May peace be with you. D.

I think it's some kind of "fad" to mock religion. And the ones that are doing it don't have a clue how a belief in God and faith could improve their lives and way of thinking. It's sad.
