Especially when at least one person or more whom you love passes away? Also with persistent traumatic memories or traumatic flashbacks?
Any suggestions or resources? Online or books, etc. that may help in the healing process and supergluing the broken pieces back together almost like new?

oooh, ooh, a silver bullet?

Or was it garlic?

What I'm trying to get at is you have to do that yourself, not rely on the outside. Time, the answer is time.

Everyone is different. When someone passes away into the next world, everyone is left broken hearted. The time it takes for a heart to heal after such an event can be a while some still have days where they just have to cry for the loved one they lost. God Bless and much sympathy

Write down all your feelings of love and what you would have liked to say to the person, and put them in an envelope, with the person's name, then take it to the cemetery if you can, and meditate at the grave. Light the envelope on fire and let the smoke take your message to your dead loved one.

Its cathartic, an you may dream an answer the next night...

One of the names of God is (Al Jabbar), its an arabic word that comes from the verb (Jabar), (Jabeera) which means the ''cast'' that is used for broken bones, so basically God is the One we go to when we r hurt, when we have broken hearts, when we go thru hard times, because He said He is the One who heals broken hearts, He is Al Jabbar!

so just go to Him, talk to Him, tell Him how u feel, He sure knows and understands, and He has the cure!

The best to read is the Bible!
The Word of God has been my comfort and stay throughout my time of bereavement. He gave me beauty for ashes, oil of joy for mourning, a garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.
Read the Book of Isaiah, and the Psalms.
God bless you - I will be praying for you!

If you truly have a broken heart I would suggest a cardio surgeon. As for the 'fragmented spirit'? I would suggest fragmented spirit super glue. It works wonders.
