Well the best way to lose weight fast is to eliminate chips, sodas, and candy! I am like you always hungry, but that just means your metabolism is high! You should try getting in a exercise program such as kickboxing. I have kickboxing class every day for 1 hr, and at first it wasn't easy but once you get in the routine your body will feel better and you can see results within 3 months. Good luck! You can do it, but it starts with you and self discipline.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Yes drink lots of water and DON'T drink pop at all. Also walk about a mile a night if you have the time and whenever you have the time too or exercise when you can. Take smaller portions of food when you are eating instead of 2 scoops of something just take one.

Don't forget that you are hungry, feed your body or it will refuse to let go of that extra weight. Instead of starving yourself, eat lots of good food and get rid of most of the crap, not all of it, otherwise you risk binging.
If you're hungry, your body is hungry. However, if you are sad, or bored, you are not hungry. Replacing junk food with snacks like celery or carrot sticks, or apple wedges, should fix that problem right up. Drink a bunch of water, and get your heart rate up 3 times a week, with cardio, walking, or swimming.
