I am making a cookie that calls for one pound of powdered sugar and I don't know what a pound is equal too. I don't have the bag because I store it in a sealed containter to keep it fresh, and I can't find any other measurements that will help me, if you could point to me a place where I can find it, or if you know that would help out. Thanks!

1 lb. of powdered sugar is 3 & 3/4 cups. I have a 1 lb. box of C&H powdered sugar and it tells you that there is 3 & 3/4 Cps inside.

Hope this helps!!!!
