Calories? Very little. These are good for getting in shape because they help you put on muscle and lose fat but you will not lose weight doing these. The only way to burn good calories is to run or do other cardio activities like swimming or high activity dancing.

it depends on many things. your individual body, if your using any weight, even the temp. of the room can effect calories
