hey guys. i have got a fitness assessment coming up in regards to my application that i made for the surrey police force. i need to get their at 3pm, the problem is that i have to go by public transport as i dont have a car and i live in harlesden in north west london, which is an area just nearby wembley. now i have just done some quick surfing on the net and have found that i can catch a train to paddington station, from their i can catch the a great western railway train to reading, and then from their switch to the north downs line, going to guildford which happens to be the closest station to the surrey police headquarters, according to the map that i have been provided with. but however i feel that their must be a quicker way tp get their, from where i live, could somebody please help me out??

You are looking at a very complicated way to get to Guildford. In order to get to Guildford station just before 2pm (which should give you plenty of time to find the police HQ), there is a Silverlink train from Harlesden (the Euston line) at 12.30. Change at Willesden Junction (next stop) and catch the 12.38 to Clapham Junction which arrives at 12.58. Then you have a wait until 1.22pm when you can catch a train direct to Guildford. Surrey is now a separate county, besides the fact that if years in the past the sole little bit of slicing-facet London became the city itself. something became divided up into Surrey, Kent, Middlesex etc, most of the southern area of slicing-facet London was a area of Surrey. It lies to the south/southwest of London and is separated via the River Thames..
