I'm biased, I should warn you. But, Canada has most of the natural resources, we have plenty of water and foods; one of the things I think that makes it so desirable to live in Canada. I'm not a particular fan of the United States but that's just my personal opinion. I would choose Australia as second, because it is also an english speaking place. Yet, it has water problems and drought, and is know for racism... (The racism part is true everywhere but that's just what people put together when they talk about australia). Australia doesn't get a lot of products from other places, and it's expensive to do so, so the foods you eat are the foods that are in seasons (they have passion fruit season). The third place I would choose is Denmark most probably, because I've travelled there. I'm not to certain about the situation there, except for the fact that they have a queen as a ruler at the moment, and she is like a great deal by the public. Fourthly, I'm sure a tropical island without taxation would be a good idea :).

Apparently Ireland. Some worldwide survey or other conducted across the world ranked Ireland as having the highest standard of living. If I could remember where it was I'd provide a link but shouldn't be hard to find on the internet.
