contractor did not seal the floor first and my floor looks horrible. there is alot of visible gout everywhere. been told to sand it out, scrub it with acid but there has to be an easier way!!!

the easiest way is to call the company you went through to install the floor, and complain about how it leaked and there is grout everywhere and it looks horrible.. don't sand it unless you want scuffs all over the flooring..
if you want to fix it yourself, get some acetone, and a rag, and it will take it up quite easily

(The company should repair it for free, since it is the installers fault, not the floors fault)

Call a dealer who may be able to hook you up with a good professional. Sounds like you got taken.
