honostly I have no idea what a soffee is but, I would say that short shorts look good, provided you have shaved your legs :) and tight jeans are good also, on the whole, it doesn't really really matter, in my opinion, as long as your friendly, and not wearing some ridiculus hypo-allergenic ski jacket, you should be okay.

If its someone I am dating then anything they feel comfortable in and if its someone in the street who I dont know I think tight jeans.

It depends on the fit. Sometimes tight is too tight. It all depends on how you wear them and if they are wearing you.

It depends on the girl, but what they wear is not nearly as important as what is on the inside, their personality and attitude towards life.
