How many people are like this? No matter what the minority male or female does for people and in life, he or she is still not liked because of their ethnicity.

I am experiencing this at work. How many people out of 100 are like this?

Some people are just prejudiced against anyone other than their own race. This could be from learning from their parents or from bad experience. I have always tried to judge people by personality, morals, etc. and not by skin color, religion or anything physical like that. It is so wrong to treat someone badly when they are doing everything they can to become friends.

I (female) worked about 3 decades with all male co-workers . Some had bad attitude - that's life .
As long as there is no physical assault made ,
I couldn't care less , I was Not there to have them like me , I was there for the paycheck .
And you will find , people that are all antsy about being liked , are kind of annoying / irritating .
Those that are laid back , end up being liked more .

If you find that chilling out & coming in for the $$$$ is still too hard , start shopping for another job .
I often job shopped just because the income often improves significantly when you shift jobs .

If your experiencing that, you may be overlooking some other reason which might be the cause- most people bend over backwards to make minororities feel comfortable these days...even when they don't deserve it- and even people like myself who are often labelled "racists" can appreciate a good person regardless of ethnicity or race, etc. The reason people aren't liked, is because they appear to belong to a culture whose members are frequently doing bad things...if you appear to be apart from that culture, or otherwise show that you are a decent person, other decent people will like you. (Which leads to another problem in our society: Often good people aren't liked, because bad people feel guilty around them....and bad people are accepted because they make others feel superior by comparison- that could be the true cause of what you are experiencing- it very likely wouldn't matter if you were the same ethniocity or race as everyone else...people are "discriminated" against for many reasons- even within the same group- that's life...get used to it...be a good person and don't let others drag you down...and PLEASE do not think that everything revolves around ethnicity or race...it doesn't...and if you make yourself believe that it does, you'll overl;ook alot of the real facts)

10? Ya, 10. about 30 will like the minority no matter what they do wrong, and the rest are impartail. You'll never believe this, but some people dislike people because of their personality.

I'm not like that. I like people based on their personality and how they treat me not based on their skin color or heritage.
