Depends on the portion. It sounds pretty healthy to me if you're staying away from fatty foods. If you're on a diet that says to stay away from that stuff, well then it's not the right choice. If you feel guilty about it later, go for a jog or do some physical activity.

It depends on what it was cooked in... Not fried? Thats a good start, generally baked, poached, or grilled is the best option. If the sauce its cooked with is a butter-base though, thats a gamble, man.
IF you're eating chicken, broccoli alfredo- thats not healthy. Hands down.

BUT if you eat foods like that in moderation, enjoy whatever you want - just work out more or eat less the next few days...
Balance it out.
If you dont like to work out- dont eat! (haha jk)
That is my suggestion.

you shouldn't get fat eating grilled chicken breast and broccoli. Its pretty healthy. It most likely depends on how much you eat.

It all depends on HOW MUCH you're eating!

Too much of a healthy/unhealthy thing = fat

Small portions of a healthy/unhealthy thing = not fat

Binging on vegetables/fruit without enough proteins = increases fat percentage (because there isn't enough proteins!)

white meat chicken is a good protien source, and broccoli is an excellent source of fiber and vitamins....but as with anything, how much you eat will determine whether or not you gain or lose weight. All things in moderation.
