My cousin is not a resident. So pls let me know the procedure

If you are from a country that Canada requires to have a visitor/tourist visa in order to enter the country, then you will need to apply for one, just as though you were coming from your country.

Contact Canadian embassy for further instructions and information in regards to this, they may be able to help you out.

There isn't much information here for anyone to comment on. You need to say what your nationality is. Obviously you aren't American or Canadian, so you will need to have your passport, but you know that as you needed it to get into the US anyway.

So start by checking this link and seeing if you need a visitors visa to enter Canada. Also, you may want to check you US visa to see if you are allowed multiple entries.

I recommend you mail on your software even as your on your own united states as once you're contained in the u . s . a . you won't be able to word for a visa as a romanian citizen .Get each thing prepares and ward off disappointments

If you are travelling by air or sea you will need a passport.If travelling by car (land crossing) you will need three pieces of ID such as driver` license etc...
