By becoming a better person. How to do that? By learning to love and accept yourself, without judgment. If you can accept yourself without judgment, then you can accept others without judgment. The secret to good relationships is accepting the other person without judgment. So, accept your brother/sister as they are, without judgment, and support and love them as they are. Don't try to change them, don't try to control them. And your heart is in the right place asking this question.

U didnt say much about yourself as to why u think u have to become a better brother .
Be yourself , kind hopefully , caring ,and not always thinking of yourselves , and just being there for your family .

your nine years old , dont pick on your brother or sister . and stop blaming him or her for things you have done, but im shore you are a good brother ask them see what they say
