Everytime I gain weight, why does it instantaneously go to my face? My cheeks become enormous its not even funny. I was taking some pictures this morning and well yeah thats how I noticed, but then what do you do when you get depressed? You eat! I went right for the cookies lol. I ran on the treadmill for 50 minutes, so hopefully I burnt all those calories, and now I'm scared of eating anything else. Please help me, my stats are 5'8 and 133 lbs. =[

you are not by any means over weight, just the opposite in fact. Any puffiness in your cheeks is more likely water retention than anything else, and that is part of the body's response to starvation. If you get puffy cheeks again, drink lots of iced tea for it's natural diuretic action.

You get depressed because society says everywhere that you have to be paper thin. That is what you are groomed into believing as you grow up. I go through the same all the time. I am 5'7" and 198. MUCH larger than you.

As far as what you are seeing in pictures: when you are talking about yourself, you often exaggerate. You are going to be most critical on yourself. 9 times out of 10, YOU are the only one noticing it.

If you went right for the cookies, then oh well, you went for the cookies. It's not the end of the world. Being healthy is not about eating perfectly all the time. We are human and we are going to mess up. If you let it get to you, it will rule your world. Move on, enjoy the taste of those cookies.....and just try your best going forward (until the next time) Everyone should be entitled to their indulgences as long as as a whole you are doing good.

well 5'8" and 133lbs isnt fat at all. just dont eat junk food and you'll be fine. running doesnt make u loose weight from your face so it doesnt matter if you burnt all the calories. the only way is to eat healthy. no junk food.
