the key is to eat high protein, low carbs, without eliminating all carbs all the time. also, if you want to see results fast, you have to burn more calories than you're consuming! you must also eat five small meals a day, starting no later than 9am & ending no later than 8pm. this will move your metabolism.

a great book i found that helps give you the idea (if you're not going to follow the regimen to the T) on how to do this is by David Kirsch, The Ultimate New York Body plan. it gives you a very intense work out that doesn't require machines and a very delicious & healhty diet to go by. you can lose a lot of weight in only two weeks if you stick to his plan! or you can take his advice & try to implilment it as much as possible & still see results w/o it being hard core. that's what i did. i did the eating plan & didn't do the intense work out & still lost 7 lbs in the first week! it's phenominal!

i got my book off of amazon.com for real cheap.

Walk for thirty minutes a day. It can even be broken up in 2 sets of 15 minutes or 3 sets of 10 minutes if you don't have the time. Start off slowly to help build up your stamina. Eventually you will want to step it up a pace to the point where it would be difficult to have a conversation while walking. Get that blood flowing and the heart pumping. Push ups, squats, and crunches will help build muscle that will help you burn more calories. Change your diet. The food you are eating may be keeping you from losing weight, especially foods and beverages with high fructose corn syrup in them. This is important because if you still eat the same way after you lose your goal weight, you will just put it back on. Cleanse your organs that help you eliminate the waste products in your body(liver, bladder, kidney, and colon cleanse). Drink 64 oz of water throughout the day. This will help your body eliminate toxins and waste more efficiently and it will also make you feel full. Remember, what goes in your body should also come out. I started my diet a little over 5 months ago and have lost 44 pounds and have kept it off. I have so much more energy and I feel great. You can try this site. It has a lot of information about toxins that enter the body by the foods we eat. It also has some links to sites where you can purchase all natural organ cleansers, vitamins and diet supplements to help you stay healthy and fit. Good luck and don’t give up!

Change up what you are eating. If you are eating mostly carbs, try eating more protein. Add in some fresh fruit, I have found when I eat more fruit I lose easier. I also would second the idea of whey protein, that stuff is some good stuff. As for the exercise, if you are not lifting weights, start lifting weights. Add just a little extra time to your workout like 5 minutes at a time. Whenever I am not losing, I have found that 5 extra minutes of cardio helps. Also shake up your workout routine. Over time your body gets used to what you are doing and it will become more efficient at saving calories even if you are exercising. I don't know much about cleansing diets, and anything that promises weight loss that fast, can't be too healthy...in my opinion. Good luck!

I determined the publication to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however regularly) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight continues flying off. It naturally works and if I'd adopted it precisely I feel it might scare the dwelling daylights out of me due to the fact that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the understanding. I've in no way bought whatever like this earlier than due to the fact that they're quite often filled with trash, however 3WD has been a first-class shock. Get began in these days!

I would avoid fad diets like these "cleansing" things. They usually are not healty for you and will cause more problems than help. I would contact a nutritionist and find out the best diet plan for your lifestyle. You say you "try" to eat healthy does that mean that you eat a few healthy items plus still eat junk food? Maybe you are not trying hard enough to eat healthy foods. I have lost 41.5 pounds by eating low calorie healthy foods along with fasting (I do not recommend fasting unless you are an adult). There is really no way to rapidly lose weight like that safely.

Hey, have a breakfast..its even worse if you dont have breakfast becaues you are so hungry at lunch time that you eat even more! At lunch hvae somthing small with a small salad..Then for dinner have a small peice of chicken and a small salad. Drink mostly water, diet soda still makes you fat. Exercise in between, do crunches mostly, or jog down the block and back. If you MUST snack, have a 100 calorie pack or a nutri-gran bar or a diet bar! ( i love diet bars, i eat them when im not even on a diet!) Also try not to eat after 8, if you can even not eat after 7 thats even better!
Good luck!
Hope i helped!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Are you eating 6 times a day? It's great that you're eating healthy, now just time them for every 3 hours. (small meals). I've been doing this for a while now and my abs just jumped through my skin! 6 small meals, one every 3 hours. Trust me.

i dont know what cleansing diets are... but if you exercise just step it up. if your not feeling sore the day after your work outs. your not doing anything for your body. so when you run.. run faster untill you legs shake. do it on a grass field, i found it feels better when i run on grass, take in Whey Protein too, it keeps your lean muscle that you have while you loose fat. it even speeds up the fat loss a lil bit faster.
