What kind of car should i get for my first car?

That completely depends on what you can afford. Check out the consumer reports auto book to see what kind of cars are reliable. (Toyotas, Hondas, and Subarus are all good reliable used cars.) Also check www.kbb.com (Kelly Blue Book) to see what the cars you are thinking of buying are worth. Good luck!

it really depends on what you intend to do with it. Is it pleasure or business or travel? If you're going with pleasure, i'd go with something that looks good. Any of you're sport type cars are good, mustang, celica, eclipse, tiburon, del sol... A sporty car, isn't necessarily the best if you're going for travel or economically feasible. The more economically feasible don't always look thebest. If you're going for gas mileage, i'd say a toyota camry, or a honda civic, or a nissan maxima. If you're going for what's ognna last the longest, go with a honda or a toyota. Hope that helps.

I suggest something small and fuel efficient. With gas prices close to $3 a gallon where I live (and I hear other places are MUCH higher), you'll be glad you did. What's the use of having a car if you can't afford to drive it anywhere?
