i wanted to know this bcuz im meetitng my boy friend for the first time in 2 years (long distant relationship) and i wanted to look really good for when we meet ! and im leaving the 14th of june of i have some times to get int o shape but still help ? thanks

abdominal training will strengthen the mid-section but it will have no effect on fat loss. the same goes for running, cycling, squats, etc. any type of exercise has no localized effect on reducing body fat in the target muscle area.

changes in your diet will will effect the rate at which body fat is lost. the more natural foods that you consume the greater the effects that exercise will have on increasing the metabolic rate and decreasing fat stores. eat the things that you would picture an Olympic athlete eating that's in training. if it doesn't help fat loss than it's a hinderance to fat loss

The best workout I can recommend for the legs and stomach is a spin class. This will burn calories AND tone legs at the same time! Your abs are also engaged the entire class, so they will tone as well. You can supplement a spin class with ab workouts and regular cardio, but I have found the class setting more motivational than simply doing it on my own. Also, try to find a partner and you will stick to your plan! Good luck!

If you are trying to lose fat from your body you need to do cardio and also eat healthy food. You cannot spot reduce fat. If you are trying to tone your stomach and thighs you can do crunches (for your abs) and squats for your thighs. Jogging/running would be a great exercise to start...
