I never heard this one before. What I've always been told is the closest you come to death without actually dying is when you sneeze because all the air is forced out of your lungs. I don't know if that's fact or fiction--heard in college and throughout life but never thought to ask a doctor.

The heart doesn't really stop, but the heart skips a beat. So yes the heartbeat is delayed when you sneeze.

I think everything stops when you sneeze. for like a millasecond. nothing to worry about.

I have always thought of it as an old wives tale, i would imagine that you could get seriously hurt, but im not to sure
