Go to the court house and ask them for the papers. If you need help, find a paralegal or a notary to help they don't cost as much as an attorney.

Attorneys will work out payment plans. Tell your friend to contact a few divorce lawyers and ask them if they accept payment plans. If all else fails try legal aid.

CHECK WITH THE COURT HOUSE. I WENT TO THE COURT HOUSE AND YOU CAN EITHER GET PAPERS OR THEY GAVE ME A WEB ADDRESS THAT I COULD FILL THEM OUT ONLINE. IN ALL I THINK I ONLY PAID LIKE A $120.00 OR SO TO GET DIVORCED.

It is a sign, maybe things can still work out if you give it another chance.
