When filing online at Tax Act.com where do you put in deductions?

I am filing a 1099-MISC return online through Taxact.com. Could someone please tell me where to enter the deductions for a business such as gas, mileage, equipment, etc.?

Schedule C. If you're doing it right, it should select that for you automatically.
