You mean God did it? and when he complained he blamed Him and organized religion? Boy, that is a stretch.
I'd like it better if it was a lawyer walking in the forest and a tree falls on him,,, does he cry..."Prosecute"?

I think he would just cry period. Getting hit by a tree would hurt awfully bad.
