I see why you have these questions. Many people think "if I just do this or if I don't do that I can get to heaven".

You know that Salvation is a gift from God. Ephesians 2:8 says For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. No amount of doing "good works" or "being a good person can get you into heaven.

We are never-ever going to be good enough. There is only one thing to do. If you have asked Jesus in your heart, You have received the gift of salvation. You took it and it is yours. Once you have given your heart to Christ no one can take that away.

People like to post wild scenarios to get others to argue back, like if Hitler was a christian is he in heaven. stuff like that. Don't pay any attention to that stuff. Those people think that is LOGIC You know the truth and you are saved. Just remember

1. Ask Jesus into your heart to get to heaven.
2 Don't ask Jesus into your heart and go to hell.
Excellent question.

Well for one thing to "say" you love Jesus is nice but God says in John 14:15 "IF" you Love me [then] keep my commandments "IF" we do not love Him enough to keep His commandments [not suggestions] then we will not love Him enough to be there. Also the last verse of Acts 2 says Jesus added daily to THE CHURCH as such as should be saved, and in Rev.12:17 says satan was angry [wroth] at the remnant [Church] and went to make war with those that KEEP The Commandments and have the testimony of Jesus Christ which according to Rev.19:10 is the spirit of prophecy, there is a free set of on line bible lessons www.amazingfacts.org and i maintain that The Seventh Day Adventist Church is that body of BE-LIVERS this Sabbath [saturday is the seventh day sabbath, sunday has never been called sabbath or holy by the bible anywhere] talk to me also wgr88@yahoo.com

well...today I heard a kid ask one of my teachers if that man who killed those students at Virginia Tech was automatically go to hell because of what he had done. Mr. E's responce was that "if he was saved and had accepted Jesus Christ as his savor then he is in heaven." People tend to see the sin and not the sinner. So all you need to do to get into heaven in accept Jesus as your savior.(but you already know that:) And NOTHING can keep a person out of Heaven is they are a christian. So a christian could kill a million ppl and when he/ she dies go to heaven. that person will be held accountable before God. And that man that killed those innocent people will be judged before God.

Salvation is when Jesus is in our hearts. We can live for him with out ever having the chance to work for him...ie someone gives their life to God and then the die a second later. But there are things that will keep us out of Heaven, those are called convictions. What convicts you? Is it smoking, drinking, cussing, or what? Everybody has certain things that convict them or that makes them feel guilty. Like me for example, I feel convicted about cussing, i just can't do it. It's different for everybody because everybody has a different calling on their lives. I personally think that there are things that no one should do, no matter what, like cheat on their spouse. All you can do is pray, and God will let u know what is wrong for you to do....you'll just feel it.

Jesus! Belief in and having faith holding Him close in your heart. Because if you have Him in your heart then all the rest should follow. Such as wanting to be good and not sin, being kind to everyone. Pray always Pray talk to Him every day.

when you eat bork just thing it is healthy or not
::
::
In our religion for example you can eat every thing good for body
Allah didn't forbid any thing without reason
::
::
We have to believe that our God create as so r sure he want to take care of us ... so because of that we have to choose berween things by thinking have to be fair

Well, I'm not a Christian, so I don't believe in Heaven.

According to Christian scripture though, one has to trust and rely on Jesus, making him your Lord.

As he said to his apostles: "Do you love me? Feed my sheep". The book of James says that the sort of faith one has must be followed by behavior. If you claim to have faith, but the works do not follow, that faith seems to be uncertain.

I started growing a beanstalk when I was in school. Its pretty tall now. By the time i'm 85 it should reach Heaven or at least be close enough that I can use a ladder to get the rest of the way.

It's simple and you seem to be doing just fine. Just believe that Jesus is the son of God and that you're a sinner and except his gift of salvation.

God bless.
