flaunt? I dont try to act arrogant because of my beliefs or try to push them on others but at the same time I dont hide them either because I have nothing to be ashamed of. This is a religious forum so it would be weird if no one talked about religion :P But if you meant pushing beliefs on others, I agree we shouldn't do that and there is no point to it either

You don't have to listen to the things that other people say. Just as they're free to speak, you are free to ignore them. If everyone stopped talking because some opinion that they held about religion or politics or the latest clothing fad might irritate someone no one would ever speak at all. It's a little lesson called "accepting the fact that not everyone shares your point of view." Learn it and you'll sleep better, I promise.

I happen to agree with you. I do believe in God, but it was forced down my throat growing up. I have a sense of belief, but I don't force it on others. It's not for everyone. Just because someone doesn't necessarily believe in the God that others know, doesn't mean he or she is a bad person.

In fact, I've met my fair share of people who go to church that are hypocrites. Not to say that all church-going people are. There are plenty of hypocrites in and out of churches.

When answering questions, it's definitely better to steer clear of the religion issue unless that has to do directly with the question.

I'm not really sure that this is a question but i tend to agree> I feel that each persons religion is individual and personal and people who flaunt that are somehow hypocritical. No one person is without sin...stop acting like you are...

Drat.

I've been having so much fun swanking my religion, I thought I'd upgrade to flaunting.

I just got the upgrade, too - it arrived in the mail yesterday.

Another $79.95 down the drain.

Peace out.

We still have free speech in the U.S., which means we have the right to say what we want and you have the right to not listen or walk away. What you don't have a right to do is stop us from speaking boldly that which God has commanded us to shout from the rooftops.

Nope. Allowed to flaunt, only country like it in the world, every other adapts to attempt to allow as well as we do and they still do not allow our loud, powerful variety. Go to another country if you don't like people viocing thier opinions. Plenty of tyrants to choose from to tell others to shut up.
