First of all you don't deal with girls...that's your first mistake...you consider their feelings as you would like to have yours considered. Treat them as you would like to be treated...respect, consideration, kindness, mutual admiration...those things go along way with girls...the main thing to remember when you are with a girl is to act the way you would want her to act towards you...if you are decent to her you may get it back ten fold...
