This convinced me.

Several years ago I had an unusual experience concerning an uncle, a distant relative who lived over a thousand miles away.

While driving my car I suddenly felt the unmistakable presence of this relative that I hardly even knew. He was more like someone I had heard about than someone I knew. It was very strange; it felt as though I was momentarily lifted right out of my physical body. I seemed to be suspended somehow beyond space and time, bathed in a love so intense It felt like I could have just disappear into it at any moment if It would have let me. It only lasted for a few seconds, but it seemed to last forever at the same time. I realize how crazy this must sound. The experience was so strong that at first I was afraid I was loosing my grip on reality. I finally managed to chalk it up to an over active imagination.

Three days later I got a call from my aunt telling me that this uncle we are talking about had gone into a coma and died the day I had the experience. It felt like ice water had been poured down my back when she told me this. I had lost any real ideas of God or faith and had become somewhat of an atheist. Needless to say this experience caused me to rethink some of the conclusions I had come to.

I feel blessed to now understand that even in our darkest confusion something loves us so much that it went out of its way to assist me and bring me back to a state of absolute certainty about Gods love for us.
During the experience it seemed like there was a vast amount of information that I was somehow allowed access to. One thing that I came away from this experience understanding beyond any shadow of a doubt was that any Idea that God is unhappy with us or would judge or allow us to be punished for any reason is simply impossible.

I can’t explain the love I felt with words. They simply don’t make words big enough or complete enough to do this. The only way I can begin to convey this love to you is to say that there was simply nothing else there. Nothing but love. No hint of judgment, no displeasure of any sort. It is as though God sees us as being as perfect as we were the day we were created. It is only in our confused idea of ourselves that we seem to have changed.

I hope this is of some help to you. Good luck. Love and blessings.

Your brother don

We know that God is real because He has revealed Himself to us in three ways: in creation, in His Word, and in His Son, Jesus Christ.

The most basic proof of God’s existence is simply what He has made. “For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that [unbelievers] are without excuse” (Romans 1:20). “The heavens declare the glory of God / And the firmament sheweth His handiwork” (Psalm 19:1).

If I found a wristwatch in the middle of a field, I would not assume that it just “appeared” out of nowhere or that it had always existed. Based on the watch’s design, I would assume it had a designer. But I see far greater design and precision in the world around us. Our measurement of time is not based on wristwatches, but on God’s handiwork—the regular rotation of the earth (and the radioactive properties of the cesium-133 atom). The universe displays great design, and this argues for a Great Designer.

If I found an encoded message, I would seek out a cryptographer to help break the code. My assumption would be that there is an intelligent sender of the message, someone who created the code. How complex is the DNA “code” that we carry in every cell of our bodies? Does not the complexity and purpose of DNA argue for an Intelligent Writer of the code?

How do you think you came to be, not from the monkeys. But from a loving and caring heavenly Father. God will reveal Himself to you just ask Him too. I have been a christian for 17 years and know how awesome He is. And every day I learn something new about Him!!! God bless you!!!!

Because to identify something as "knowledge" requires an integration or syntheses of sense input from one of the bodies 5 sense and the process of reason performed in the neuro-synapses of a Homo-Sapien’s brain. Ideas other then this are faith-based ideas, and, as such, evil; like the teachings of Jesus Christ.

So when any theist claims to “know god” – predominately a lying Christian in America – they are simple plagiarizing the term and intentionally misapplying it. Apply reason based on sense perception and the only thing any Witchdoctor like Jesus Christ has to offer anyone is deception.

Because I am a sentient and somewhat sapient being, so I put together what I could sense with what I could figure out and concluded that there is a God. But mostly.... Because I personally know Him. (He had to come to strengthen my faith and He did it in a very awesome way).

1- if i told you the chair you are sitting on gathered it self by it self, can you believe that? if course not. so how come you believe that this complicated and organized universe was created in coincidence, so thats mean there is someone who created it which is God

2- suppose your self in ship in the ocean and the ship is going to sink, what is the first thing that you are gonna shout.
GOD help. its your nature.

3- if you are convinced by some religion mentally and physically, so you should believe in whats saying about God.

How do you know I exist? Have you ever met me? Or seen a picture of me? But yet, here is the evidence of my existence. Sometimes you just have to read and trust. If you can't believe the Bible, then our conversation has to be over. That is my base of faith and the evidence that I was speaking of. I do know that it's ok to challenge His existence. Just be open to the possibility of Him answering you.

No evidence for a God means very, very likely a God doesn't exist.
