I am not a Mormon, however I am an ex-mormon. Who is Jesus to a mormon?? Hmmmm....Well, he is the Son of God who came to atone for peoples sins. However, rather than being unchangeable, he is changeable, and he is subject to the changing Mormon hierarchy. Since Mormons believe in a living prophet, they believe that whatever he says comes from God. They believe that their prophet is infallible, and subject to many many changes....even supposed everlasting, unchanging covenants can change. Therefore, Jesus is subject to the living prophet, rather than the other way around.

Hi! Thanks for the question!

Jesus Christ is my Savior and Redeemer. He is the Savior of this world. He atoned for everyone sins because he lived a perfect life and made a perfect sacrifice. He is who I strive most to be like. He is the Only Begotten Son of the Father.
He is my older brother(in a spiritual sense), He is the Great Mediator, the Lamb of God and the Good Shepard. He is not just a great prophet, but Lord and Master. He provided the perfect example for all of us and knows how to succor us, because he suffered for all of our hurts, pains and infirmities.

He was foreordained of the Father as it says in the Bible. He loves us perfectly and I love Him. I must keep his commandment and always remember Him to have the Holy Ghost with me. He is my best friend.

What He is to me... Perfect.

Have a great day!:)

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (the Mormons) and as the official name of the church implies, Christ is the head of, the leader of, the establish-er of the Mormon Church.
He is our Savior and our Redeemer. He took upon himself the sins of the world and atoned for them, and by that act of supreme grace, has paved the way for all mankind to receive of the gift of eternal life. This could not occur without the Savior Jesus Christ.
He established his Gospel of peace and love upon the earth and if we follow it, we can receive of joy and happiness in this life, as well as the life to come after death.
The Savior is my friend, my confidant, my advocate with the Father, our God in Heaven.

He is the Son of God, my Savior and redeemer through His example I can be stronger in this life and understand my nature as a child of God.

He his my best friend and my older brother, (because He is the first Son of my Father in Heaven, we are spiritual brothers and sister) He is my example to follow and I know I can trust him because He knows me and understand perfect my feelings. When He was in the Gethsemane, He suffered for our sins and paid with His own blood the cost for our souls just because he loves us.
To say everything He is to me the list can go on and on and on but words can't explain, Who is Jesus to me (mormon). I just will say I love Him so much and I'm thankful for His Love.

When I pray in the mornings, I always pray aloud and always ask God to give me the joy that comes by knowing Him. I can feel the Spirit envelope me and I have a personal relationship with the Father.Sometimes it takes longer to connect but He is always there for me. Thank you Lord.
