I recently applied for a home equity line of credit at my bank. Today, without my asking, they sent a credit report notice, which says my credit score is 808. Now isn't that impressive? It did not cost me anything. If you wish, try www.dollarbank.com. It is in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

It's the only truly free one. Freecreditreport.com will ask you for a credit card #.
