I would ask him why he doesn't want to do anything. Then depending on his answer, follow it up with what would you like to do (or something like that), and maybe the two of you will spark an activity that you can do together out of the house.

As for using sex as a bargaining chip, if you think that is the answer then leave him. Sex is an action between two people that is supposed to mean something, when you attach bargaining to it, the meaning is gone.

disconect the cable/satilite, what ever you have. This promotes staying at home. So if no tv no entertainment, he will get off the couch.

To take it a step futher, don't even get an atena for the tv, you will only have a few select chanels and usually theres nothing on.

Think of it. You'll save how much in your tv bill? Oh, just enough for him to take you out dancing, or something fun.

Put on a nice dress and then have an escort service pick you up and tell him not to wait up cause you'll be late. If that doesn't get him off the couch nothing will.

go out by yourself. If he's a couch potato with no real desire to go out on the town, there's no way to make him. so get a group of friends together and go with them.

go out with someother guy JUST AS FRIENDS come back and let him know how much fun you to had together trust he will eventually go with you. and if that doesnt work. stop getting all dolled up for a week or 2 he will ask why no make up,or nails etc tell him "why bother you never take me out" the guilt trip thing always works

Girl, judging from your picture, if he don't want to go out with you, then you need to find yourself another man. The only reasons I could see for staying home would involve you.

men are couch potatoes most of the time I am sorry to say, so you can either threaten to take something away from him that he loves (sex is best) or you can offer to give him something in return (again sex is best)

If he doesn't give you what you want, contemplate finding someone who does. I have been in exactly the same situation and it stank. Eventually I gave up, I wasn't going to hang around waiting. Life is too short.

Hope it works out for you. x
