it is not under the dash on the driver side.

it's in the dash below the left side of the steering wheel, there's a little handle just pull it and it'll pop off

In many cases when you open the driver door on the dash-board you will see a little door with a turn button lock to open it. If you have that, that is were the fuse box for every thing is located. If not go to a GM DEALER they will show you for free, or at lease tell you were to look. The guys that write the repair orders are the ones to start with.

go to auto zone they will help you and sell the right fuse if needed or another large chain auto store
