Head & Shoulders Intensive Formula is the best. Leave lather on for 3-5 minutes before rinsing.

I use Selson Blue, but with not just by lathering up and rinsing out. I apply it as soon as I get in the shower, then let it sit the whole time I'm showering. That gives it a chance to soak in & really do some good. I have eczema, and doing this even helps that.

Garnier Fructis. And let it sit in your hair the shampoo first. then really let the conditioner sit, for the rest of your shower and then rinse it all out. Also. Don't wrap your head up in the towel for a long time. It dries out your hair and scalp, causing flakes. Just ring dry and then dab dry.

Use Head and Shoulders shampoo and conditoner, and rinse everything out well. Use less products in your hair if you use any, and just basically try to keep your scalp clean.
