The very very best free website ever:

www.fitday.com

you can put in what you ate, it keeps track of calories, and how long you exercised, what type, etc. Good luck!

Hi, there are actually quite a few that do this, many are subscription base or require you to sign up for their new letter. Some effective ones have you log-in so you can keep a journal. It's best you check different ones.

Of the ones I've seen, I think you'll like this one
http://www.my-calorie-counter.com

Good Luck:)

the least complicated way is to eat a similar volume of energy you're presently eating. in case you initiate loosing weight, boost your food intake. in case you initiate gaining weight, cut back your food intake
