I want to lose 10 lbs I have put on in the last 9 months. I weighed 140 at the end of summer last year and want to get back to it. I have a history of being anorexic and bulimic. I also tend to binge quite often. Someone please help me do it the right way.

No not really. I'm 5'10 and weigh 150 and I'm very skinny. But I am cut so it depends on your body type whether your muscular or just fat.
