What are the best exercises to slim your body all over? I've know walking/ running is good for this, but are there any others? I already do exercises to specifically tone my stomach, but I was just wondering about a general body slimmer. Thanks.

any cardio - anything that elevates you heart rate and makes you sweat.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Lose fat via proper diet and aerobic exercise. Some resistance training, when done properly, will make you look slimmer as well, as it will tone your muscles.

Loosing weight can be a life changing experience and that is exactly where you should start. Lowering your weight is always called a diet which to me always seems so temporary. You really need to sit down and take the time to make life changing decisions regarding your daily routine, your stress level, your fitness program and your eating habits.

A great way to get started is to purchase a calorie counter watch. Easy to wear and easy to hide. A calorie counter watch comes with a heart monitor band that wraps around your chest and can easily be worn under your clothes. No one can tell you are wearing it.

What you need to do is to set your food intake at approx. 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day. Remembering to stick to the numbers is highly important. Lean Cuisine prepared low calorie meals are a great addition to your daily food. They contain approx. 180 to 380 calories per meal so you can have several a day and still stay within your calorie intake budget.

Next, you will need to burn approx 3,500 to 3,800 calories through out your day. Take the total amount of calories need to burn a day plus your intake total. For example, If your calorie intake is 1,200 and you burn thru your day and exercise a total of 3,500 calories, your total at the end of the day on your watch should should 4,700 burned by the time you go to bed.

Includes a fitness program, working, housework, playing with the children. When you change your thinking and you have a number goal per day it changes your way of thinking. You will find yourself singing along to the radio in the car a little big harder and stronger, clapping your hands as you walk around your house, and doing some extra waist twist in your office chair thru out the day. All the little moments you do during the day help add up the total calories burned by the end of the day. You will find how easy it is to loose the weight you need with a little calorie counter reminder and numbers right on your wrist.

Once again, you change your way of thinking and change it from numbers instead of miles needed. It won't seem hard to accomplish and you will be amazed at how fast you can loose weight.

Remember, everyone needs to find a program that works for them. This has personally worked for myself and I have gone from 168 to 127 using this program. I find it much easier since my activities change everyday instead of thinking..."My goodness, I really don't want to bike 5 miles today". You can change your activities as often as you want and still have a steady everyday course to follow. You do not have to stick to the exact same daily workout and born yourself to tears. You won't have to stare at the wall while on the treadmill everyday for 6 months since this ideal of weight loss is so easy and portable. You can change up your program from tennis, walking, biking, Pilate's, your favorite sport and so on. As long as your moving and enjoying your life with a good positive attitude, the pounds will start to melt away.
