i have lost all the baby weight and then some i am 129 lbs but i have extra pounds in my legs and butt what is the fastest way to lose leg and butt weight

you cant choose which body part to lose the weight off- it has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Put your baby in a stroller and go walking 5 timtes a week for at least 45 minutes each time. Try walking up and down hills, too! It does work!

walk, swim, run, all these things will help to tonne your legs and in the process, help you to loose weight

yoga has great exercise for mothers to tone up loose muscles also treadmill and bike..grapefruit juice all combines will cut fat like there's no tomorrow.
