Breast is mostly fat tissue, so diet and exercise (cardio to burn fat) can help. I was able to go down form 38 D-DD to 36 C by loosing (quite a lot of) weight.
Other solution can be liposuction, although you might consider it as a surgery.
If you are thin and have big boobs...well, then you're just lucky! :)

Weight loss, and weight training should do the trick; it should also help strengthen your back (which is likely why you want to reduce your bra size...) If it's an esthetic issue, a minimizer bra should help...

reduce the ammount of fatty foods you eat and dont work out your upper body around your cheast area. (push ups included). Soy milk is suppose to help it grow so dont drink that. and drink milk without hormones :]
tighter bras can also help. not too tight, you dont want to suffocate yourself but the smaller the space for something the less it grows.

Most woman would envy you. A good work out plan and eating healthy will usually make that part of your body shrink first. Usually as you grow up, drinking milk and eating items with growth hormones is what causes early onset of that part of your body.

Loose some weight because female mamals are also a part of fat, so if you excercise you'll burn fat hence you'll reduce bra size.

exercise with a regular bra on. no sports bra. sports allow your breast area to breath. a regular bra makes you sweat more and trapts heat and therefore you will lose weight from that area.

Well, when you exercise, usually the bust line is the first to shrink...so, start working out and watching what you eat...however, if you are already in shape, then I really don't know what to tell you....wish I had that problem!!

Lose fat, some fat is stored in the breast area. By losing fat, you will reduce your bra size.

Weight lifting will help firm up the chest area.
Look at female body builders....they have virtually no breasts.
