When do I'll receive my Monetary Award Program (MAP) letter which it'll come in the mail during spring

After I applied for my financial aid or renewal financial aid back in January. I had Expected Family Contribution (EFC) amount of 0 before I may be eligible for a grant which is available for all Illinoisans.
