It means "I miss you" In Spanish sometimes one word have lots of meanings depending on the context, that's why in a different context "extrano" by itself means "weird". But if somebody said "te extrano" , that person definitely wants you closer ; )

I know extrano means weird. I get called that word alot.

The correct spelling is:
Te extraño = I miss you.
Be careful in Spanish we use de letter "ñ" different from "n" and has other pronunciation.

It could mean "Text me" or "I'll miss you" if what she said is "Te extraño"
