It means "I miss you" In Spanish sometimes one word have lots of meanings depending on the context, that's why in a different context "extrano" by itself means "weird". But if somebody said "te extrano" , that person definitely wants you closer ; )

The correct spelling is:
Te extraño = I miss you.
Be careful in Spanish we use de letter "ñ" different from "n" and has other pronunciation.
