If you need a personal invitation from god to join his war (as stated by our president), why don't you need a personal invitation from him to join his religion?

jetompkins: If you live in the United States, I stood for YOUR right to worship as you choose. My question is really about whether or not you hypocritical christians will acknowledge that you believe only what you WANT to believe about your god. So far, you are all making my point clear as day.

He orders his "chosen people" to go down into the village and KILL EVERY MAN WOMAN AND CHILD, even to cut open the pregnant women and kill their live-stock!

Enlist in who's service . There is Biblical Scripture to this ?
I not sure of your ? , are you saying God order me to fight ,
or are you saying that our president was told by God to go
to war ? , and for what reason ? , after all we are the people
who put our elected officials in office . We also have the
right and duty to remove these officials as well . We as
Americans have become lame and its all starting to fall in
our laps. The worst is to come and is not far away . I have
personal fought for the freedoms of this and other countries.
My sons and daughters so that they can enjoy what many
other sons and daughters can not and stand for my Lord ,
King , Savior , Friend and Brother Jesus Christ . What
do you stand for ?

You do get a personal invitation..but the fight is not against other people it is against the Devil.
Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
I also realise that we get into wars here and are called to defend our countries against enemys. I realise that Iraq is a controversial war, but we also do not let agressors take over our country and rape and loot our homes. Or do you?? I sure dont!..

excuse the termanology, But my sould is quite the devils advocate, And I just get the feeling that GOD enjoys watching and at points laughing at my actions,
