Perhaps you are not home when they call. Jehovah's Witnesses follow the house-to-house preaching method of Jesus and his apostles. We find it best to talk with people face-to-face when we can.
However, if you do not want Witnesses to call on you, just request from the next one who does, that they put you on their "do not knock" list. This is similar to the "do not call" telephone list. It is honored by the Witnesses in your territory, and if you request it, they will not call on you.
This is the general rule. Only occasionally does a Witness fail to consult the list and mistakenly make a call on a person. But we respect the right of everyone to listen or not listen to our message.

Threaten to call the police if they keep harassing you, then document it when they do, even if you have to keep a video camera by the door, then actually call the police after time has gone by when they come to the door, with them watching you.
That will change their minds real quick.
I've found thats the only thing you can do because no matter how often you tell them to go away and never come back, they won't listen until you take drastic measures.

--If you have requested that, and they have put you on a "do not call list"--we should try to do our best to honor your request!
--Sometimes what happens , is that your name & address either are not carefully recorded or someone keeps missing the note on our list.
--We are instructed to not go to the house on the list for a year or so, AND do so in order to see if you are still living there or briefly to find out if you feel the same as you did a year ago.
--I take it on my part to apologize for what seems to be an oversight.
--If you have made your request official, you could call the Kingdom Hall in your vicinity and make known how you feel.
--If you are not sure which hall is responsible for the territory in which you live , ask to speak to one of the overseers and they should tell you , if you want to go that route!

If you continue to question them on their beliefs and "back them in a corner" they will generally stop and their congregation will generally note for no one to visit your house. If that doesn't work call their "Kingdom Hall" request that they not visit your house again or you will call the police. Good luck, they are pretty persistent.

You have the wrong attitude. invite them in, talk with them. take the position that they were sent to you by God for you to save them. witness to them, help them see the error of their ways. They're great fun on a boring Sunday afternoon.

They think you are a pretty good candidate.
They have a feeling that you will come on over.
You must have talked with them nicely.
You have to say, begone with you.

Get a fierce and trained-to-kill Rottweiler.
Tell them that God meant for you to have a fierce dog and that if it scares them off, then they are defying God's will and ergo their cult is completely PAGAN.
That will do.
