In order to know that, we need to know your existing weight, height, and age. Otherwise, we really can't give you a good answer.
EDIT: Ok, per a calorie counter I used online, you should be ingesting around 1,400 cal / day to lose about a pound per week. Your maintenance caloric intake is about 1800 cal/day (could vary, don't know your fitness or activity levels). So far, you've had about 400 calories. Breast of chicken, skinless, runs about 300 calories, add 100 calories for sauce. Green veggies don't count, but what about juice / soda - how much have you been drinking (black coffee (no sugar no cream) & water are 0). Right now, you are at 800 calories, so you should eat a bit more. But watch the drinks - they can play havoc on your diet.

No, I do not think you are eating too much however, your selection of foods might be what is keeping the weight on. I have experience eating too many carbs will pack the weight on or prevent me from losing any. The crackers are not bad, but instead of eating two packs of them, (your breakfast and your snack) try to to eliminate the one for breakfast and have fruit instead. Or even try some kind of protein for breakfast like eggs and bacon. Everything else seems pretty good though. :)

If you love peanut butter (like I do), you can even have a peanut butter sandwich, provided:
1) the bread is whole multigrain bread without transfats
2) the peanut butter is unsweetened, unsalted, and without preservatives (go to whole foods!!!)
Two slices of multigrain (or oat) bread are around 120-130 calories (and have more fibers and proteins than regular bread). .5 oz of peanut butter is around 96 calories. Total: 216-226 (it's not a lot, AT ALL).
If you want to, you even have room for a cup of skim milk (it adds around 85 calories).
If you eat 1,500 calories a day in 5 small meals, you can have a peanut butter sandwich with 1 cup skim milk for one of these meals.
Remember, if you eat celery and tasteless food (only/mainly), it won't be sustainable long term and you WILL rebound. If you eat nice portions of the healthy version of the food you love, you would be happy AND healthy AND looking good.

If in your mind u think its not bad you might just be in denial imagine if everyone threw up just to be slim it wouldn't look normal. Throwing up hurts so why would you think it would be healthy for you. Just be determined to excersice and eat healthy and everytime you look at yourself appreciate the way you look because you might get addicted to purging and before you know it you have no nutrients or energy to survive. Don't be clueless about the decisions you make because deep down you know that purging is something you should start putting on your schedule switch it out with health and excercise.

You should read the label on them, I bet they're full of fat and sodium. How about limiting yourself to one pack a day (or half a pack) and make the rest of your snacks fruit, veggies, yogurt, maybe some cheese.
