well should i do it black or blonde or maybe dark brown highlights and then black underneath also i could put pink or blue or black stricks in it

If you have medium skin tone, you should do blonde with many lowlights. If you have a light skin tone, do chesnut, and maybe with blonde highlights, like Eliza Dushku. If you have a dark skintone, try a dark color, like Gabrielle Union , or a golden color, like Tyra.

what colour are you starting from?
if from blonde, then go with something that will look really cool, like pink, or lavendar
if from a brown shade, then go with red, like radiant ruby from Herbal essence
if you're starting from black, then you would have to have your hair bleached out to blonde first
