These are absurd and ridiculous.

The second coming of Jesus did not occur in 1914.
simply because, when Jesus comes back every eye
will see him.
The Jehovah's Witnesses did not see the second
coming at all.
There is a literal Hell, thats where the false prophets are.
The place of punishment for the wicked after death.
just a small part of the 101 beliefs of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Heaven is for the ones that have excepted Jesus christ into
their hearts. But the Jehovah's witnesses dont pray to Jesus.
Jesus is the way of salvation. How can one be saved, without
calling upon Jesus to save them?
What's wrong with buying Girl Scout cookies? I see nothing
wrong with it myself.
And what is problem in giving to charities? I for one, would
not give to Jehovah's witnesses, because they have a
corrupt book. they tell half truths.
Jesus could not have failed in his mission.

upright pole
I dont think that Angels, direct the
Watchtower organization.
God hears the prayers of his people.
Jesus attended a Church service.

The "question" contains many outright lies and gross distortions about the bible and true Christianity. Here are a few Scriptural thoughts to consider:

(Romans 16:17) Keep your eye on those who cause divisions and occasions for stumbling contrary to the teaching that you have learned, and avoid them.

(2 Corinthians 4:4-6) The god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers

(Philippians 2:14-15) In among a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you are shining as illuminators in the world

(1 Timothy 6:3-5) If any man teaches other doctrine and does not assent to healthful words, those of our Lord Jesus Christ, nor to the teaching that accords with godly devotion, he is puffed up with pride, not understanding anything, but being mentally diseased over questionings and debates about words. From these things spring envy, strife, abusive speeches, wicked suspicions, violent disputes about trifles on the part of men corrupted in mind and despoiled of the truth

Jehovah's Witnesses are true Christians. They are the only religion that adheres solely to the Bible as the standard for ALL their beliefs.(2Tim3:16). They follow the example of Christ, who instructed his followers to preach the good news of God's kingdom to everyone just as he did and taught his first century diciples to do.(Matt.28:19,20; Acts5:42,20:20) They believe that God is Almighty and has a name which is Jehovah and that Jesus is not God the Son,but the Son of God who came to earth to give his life as a ransom sacrifice so that all obedient mankind have a opportunity for eternal life on a paradise earth, which was God's original purpose for man.The BIble does not teach that all good people go to heaven. What seperates Jehovah's Witnesses from other religions is that their beliefs have not been tainted with pagan beliefs and man made doctrines. Do yourself a favor and speak directly to your fiances family if you have any questions instead of posting them on this website where you will more than likely received inaccurate and biast opinions. - for example the rubbish posted by 'rejoicein'.PLEASE go and talk to those who know what they are talking about!!

So what is your question?

"There is a literal Hell, thats where the false prophets are.
The place of punishment for the wicked after death.
just a small part of the 101 beliefs of the Jehovah's Witnesses."

Jehovah's Witness do not believe that hell/hades/Gehenna is a literal place.

" what is problem in giving to charities"

Who said that there was a problem?

Have you been told that Jehovah's Witnesses CAN'T give to charities? Did you get this from some website?

Well that's wrong as well. Don't expect them to tell you what charities they may have given to, in keeping with Matt. 6:3

"But you,” said Jesus to his listeners, “when making gifts of mercy, do not let your left hand know what your right is doing.” (Matt. 6:3)

I would advice to learn more before you talk like that. I am not a Jehovah's Witness, but I have known many and they are not what you mentioned. If they don't support countries or flags is because they would be praising governments. Be real, no country or man is that perfect. A right, as you state, is a law by the government. I understand being patriotic to a point.

How come you don't mention the fact that they don't celebrate Christmas due to no one knowing when Jesus was born and that date been attach to pagan rituals? Do you celebrate Christmas? do you care to know why you celebrate it on the 25th?

One last thing, I hope that you are not generalizing all Jehowa's Witness due to a few you might have met that might not been so involve. You know that there are people that are confused or incorrect in every religion, goverment, etc.

My Wife and I are Jehovah's Witnesses and we searched and searched until we found the truth. We prayed to God to reveal to us his truth and he did. We looked at many religions that are so mixed up in the world, when Jesus clearly taught that his people are no part of the world. Pagan holidays are observed and traditions of men and the list goes on and on. We studied the Bible and know what the bible teaches. Jehovah's Witnesses teach the truth from God's word. You should request a free home bible study and then make an honest decision. Just going by what you hear from people that hate us make you appear weak.

Yes, the second coming did not occur in 1914 as we do not believe that. We believe that he became king in the heavens in 1914. It is not possible for every eye to see any one thing.

There are no "101 beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses". Our beliefs are not quantified. We live them.

Hell is not a literal place.

Heaven is for the kings and priests. The term "accepting Jesus in your heart" is not scriptural.

What is wrong with buying girl scout cookies? They are expensive.

What is the problem with giving to charities? IF I give to charities I will be needing a charity myself.

The real question is: Why do people come on here and ask stupid questions just to cause problems.

Here, Here, some of the things you mentioned are questionable, but I agree that people were saved and understanding the Bible long before the watchtower, awake, or Bethel in New York came along. I'd like to know why JWs have a problem with questions that are really making statements when they do it on Answers every single day? lol

What's it to you what we believe? You fulfill prophecy when you ridicule. 2Peter 3:3
And it's obvious you don't want the truth and you keep others from the truth with your attitude.
You don't go in to learn and you hinder others from going in.
We have been entrusted with the good news by God and we speak as not pleasing men but God. 2 Thessalonians 2:4-8

Well,I can see from your comments that you really have a understanding of the Bible -NOT!
Of course, you dont have to have a watchtower magazine to understand the bible. But it sure helps to have someone who understands the Bible to aide you in your own understanding.Take for example the Ethiopian eunuch(Acts8:27)
In relation to Christs 'second coming' as you put it.The Greek word used here is parousia, and translates 'presence'.It is formed from para'(alongside) and ousi'a((being;dervived from eimi',meaning "be").Hence, parousia, means,
literally,"being alongside",that is "a presence".
Many translations vary their rendering of this word. While translating parousia as "presence" in some texts, they more frequently render it as "coming",which has been the basis for the expression "second coming".In regard to your comment about "every eye will see him",John 14:19 clearly states that Christ will not come again in visible form:"A little while longer and the world will behold me no more".This is not contradicted by Acts1:11concerning Jesus' ascension:"This Jesus who was raised up from you into heaven will come thus in the same manner as you have beheld him going into heaven."It does not say that those disciples who saw him ascend would see him come again, nor does it say that those who would be on earth at the future time would see him in a visible form. They were not discussing his form at all relative to his second presence, but spoke of his coming as being in the same 'manner' as his departure. The way he went away was quiet, with no great demonstration from heaven, and without being observed by the unbelieving world under Satan. That agrees with the way other scriptures say he would come again and be present.
Yes,Revelation 1:7 states that 'every eye will see him'.This scripture is partly symbolic. If Christ were to come in a human body certainly not every eye on earth could see him at once, and those who pierced him are dead and could not see him.So the seeing and the piercing of him must be in a symbolic way.
Jesus' disciples asked him:"What would be the sign of your presence and of the consummation of the system of things"(Matt.24:3-21;NW).In reply Jesus foretold happenings and conditions that would be a visible reflection of his invisible second presence. If his presence were to be visible in human form, the many physical evidences would not be necessary.Christs presence in Kingdom power did begin in 1914.Marked by the outbreak of WW1 and the continued downhill slide of mankind since.
All the comments you made are based on total ignorance of the Holy Scriptures.I have just tried briefly to explain one point you raised. All the points you raised are easily explained. The point that you even believe in hellfire shows your lack of Bible understanding.
Please dont put Jehovahs Witnesses down just because you have no idea of what the Bible teaches

I typed out a detailed response, but messed it up and lost it:((

Here is a short answer to your non question. Just because you make assertions about our beliefs, does not make the assertions true.

You are correct there is NOTHING wrong with Charitible acts. However, it is up to each person to decide who/what they will give to. As Christians it is important to consider, among other things, what the money will be used for.

It is true we do not agree with the Hellfire doctrine. For a number of reasons. For one thing, it is NOT Biblical. Also it does not fit with God. Consider, God is often refered to/known as Father. If your child did wrong things, would you put his hand on a hot burner?? And even if you would, would you punish him for all eternity for even a lifetime of sin???

No we do not pray to Christ. Remember when giving the model prayer, it is Our Father who art in heaven, not the son.

You are correct, deciding to support a nation, is someone's right. Just as it is a persons right to decide to do most things. God gave us free right. However, just because someone CAN do something does not mean they HAVE to or even that they SHOULD. Remember when Satan tried to tempt Jesus Satan offered him control of the world. Not once, do we read of Jesus correcting him about the ownership. We choose to remain neutral in political matters. When people fight in wars, they at times must kill. As Christians we are supposed to be brothers and sisters in Christ. In good conceinse, does it make sense to take up arms, possibly against those who believe just as we do, simply because we are born in other nations????

In answer to the poster who feels he is not paid enough. I have a problem with ANYONE posting fake questions. I personally have no idea whether or not someone is a Witness on Y!A. I have seen quite a few people on here pretend to be one thing and then be another. As to the last sentence, Everyday??? Care to provide links everyday for these fake questions you say you see?
