The 14 th amendment must be either repealed or rendered back to its original state. That original amendment had nothing to do with how its been bastardized by the money hungry lawyers and liberal judges.
To the person up above,if an illegal aliens life improves at the expense on a single legal American citizens life, then that's simply wrong. No illegal aliens are doing better than a legal American,simply because they arent committing a crime by being here .The illegal alien is committing a federal crime.

Every EU country and Canada have done away with automatic birthright citizenship for foreigners, and we need to, as well. When you subsidize services for poor people, birthright citizenship is too subject to abuse.

We need to change it where automatic citizenship should only be granted given both your parents are in the US legally. Law abiders should not be screwed because a bunch of law breakers.
